Getting There

From Brisbane Airport, follow the Bruce Highway for approximately 100 kilometres. Take the Maroochydore exit onto Maroochydore Road. Follow the Maroochydore Road for approximately 10 kilometres. At the intersection (Beach Road (left), Ocean Street (straight) and Horton Road (right)) continue straight onto Ocean Street. Continue to the end of Ocean Street then turn right onto Duporth Avenue. Turn right at the next round-a-bout, then immediately left into the M1 Resort carpark.

Children / Extra Guests

Children are welcome.

Although the resort does not have any dedicated disables facilities, the apartments are spacious with wide enough doorways to accommodate a wheelchair. A shower seat can be hired. Assisted disabled care is possible, please discuss with reception prior to confirming your reservation.

The two bedroom apartment is large and spacious featuring central air-conditioning and a spa in the main bedroom. This apartment is contemporary and chic with an open plan design and spectacular views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, Cornmeal Creek or the Sunshine Coast Hinterland from the private balcony.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 2 Single beds OR 2 Queen beds - Maximum capacity is 4 people.

3 Bedroom Apartment
The three bedroom apartment is spacious and features balcony, central air-conditioning and is only minutes to restaurants and Sunshine Plaza. This apartment is contemporary and chic with an open plan design and spectacular views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, Cornmeal Creek or the Sunshine Coast Hinterland from the private balcony.

Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed and 4 Single beds - Maximum capacity is 6 people.

Coming from England we were not aware that access to the building after normal reception hours would be a problem. No contact was made or directions given on how to obtain the keys to the apartment. We booked a three bedroom apartment and found we had been given a two bedroom one. The managers were not available to sort out the error until the next day!
